RBC Hearts was officially founded in September 2026 after our owner experienced firsthand the deep frustration of being unable to provide the level of quality, comfort, and individualized care patients deserve within traditional hospital and nursing home settings. Too often, care felt rushed, impersonal, and disconnected from the human experience. That frustration became the fuel to create something better.

The name RBC holds special meaning—it is an acronym inspired by the owner’s grandmothers. They represent the heart of our mission and serves as a constant reminder to every member of our team that each client should be cared for as if they were our own grandmother.
